BHBA Member Melissa has deservedly been awarded Taste of the West GOLD for her Seville and Stem Ginger Marmalade.  Melissa is a Cordon Bleu trained cook and works hard producing homemade preserves (chutneys, pickles, jams, jellies and marmalades) using high quality ingredients including produce from her own allotment and local farms.

You can meet Melissa and buy her delicious produce at Wellington Farmers Market on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month and she also has a range of preserves available at the Corner Shop Deli in Trull and the Olive Tree Deli in Taunton.
