Woodhayes farm is located in a quiet setting with uninterrupted views of the surrounding Blackdown Hills AONB, yet within easy reach of the main A30 artery through the South West and Honiton, our nearest town.
The farm has been in the Page-Turner family’s care since 1960, when Noel and Christy started dairy farming (later beef and sheep). Their son, Greg, took on the diversification of the farm in the nineties, converting the redundant Grade II listed farm buildings into contemporary offices, self-catering accommodation and recently managing the conversion of a Dutch Barn into a spectacular art gallery.
The award-winning Dutch Barn Art Gallery provides high quality meeting and function room space for businesses and private hire. Facilities include: fabulous break-out space, audio visual equipment, flip chart, hot/cold drinks and lunches.
The sympathetically converted Dutch Barn offers a stunning space with panoramic views of the Blackdown Hills. Woodhayes Art Gallery hosts exhibitions and events throughout the year by local artists and fine art exhibitions organized by Greg Page-Turner.
Noel and Christy run bespoke Bed & Breakfast accommodation in the farmhouse. The farm consists of 150 acres of ancient woodland and parkland, which is still being farmed today.
