Beautiful hand-made crafts made in the Blackdown Hills by Judith.
POTTERY – All their pottery is stoneware—that means the pots are fired to 1240°C to produce a durable material. Theirr glazes are described as “food safe” by the manufacturers, and come in a range of colours including cream, green, red, dark browns and blues. They use Tenmoku and Chun glazes to produce chestnut-brown pots with dripping ridges of blue. As the pots are hand-made, every piece is unique.
JEWELLERY – Including bracelets and necklaces from stones and freshwater pearls.
HAND CREAM – The ingredients are beeswax and olive oil, scented with either lavender or rose geranium essential oil, or left unscented
CUSHIONS – Their cushions are made with quality fabrics and decorated with animal motifs. If you prefer to use your own cushion interior they can supply just the cover.
CARDS – Decorated with pieces of material, small ornaments, Crafty Jay pottery and anything else to hand that helps to make a unique and attractive card.
SOAP – Their soap is made in small batches of six—twenty-four bars. It is made with olive, organic palm and coconut oils, or olive oil, coconut oil and beeswax. It is scented with essential oils and may contain flower petals. They use the following essential oils at present, either individually or blended: Rose geranium, Lavender, Lemongrass, Patchouli and Bergamot.
