The Honiton Agricultural Show - Thursday 4 August 2016

We are delighted to inform members that organisation of our award-winning marquee - the Blackdown Hills Marquee at the Honiton Show - Thursday, 4 August 2016 is well underway and filling up quickly!

Every year visitors (8,000 visit us each year) to our marquee comment on the quality of the stands and the feel of the marquee. They tell us the Blackdown Hills Marquee is the 'best marquee' at the Honiton Show!    

Once again local businesses, craftsmen and women and food producers offering unique products and services, come together in our marquee, in an array of exhibits and activities giving visitors a unique experience. 

We will show case rural crafts in front of the marquee.  There will be a range of local craftsmen and women offering childrens' activities and demonstrations throughout the day.  This will include Wildside Experience and Escot Education & Camp Wild! The Blackdown Hills Hedge Association will also demonstrate  techniques as well as providing details of Hedge events and courses run by their organisation.

Congratualtions to Dommet Hill Farm for winning 1st PRIZE for best stand at the Honiton Show in 2015 second prize went to Blackdown Hills Lavender and third to WY Pianos see below photo!

Local businesses, craftsmen and women offering unique products and services, came together in our marquee for Blackdown Hills businesses and supporters, in an array of exhibits and activities giving you a unique experience at the Honiton Show this year.
